📍 Location: Sessions will be held on a real train in Chandler, AZ

🚂 The train will be decked and decorated to bring the magic of The Polar Express through our lens. Each child will receive a Polar Express ticket and a bell to keep the magic of believing alive.

💲 Session Fees

• 1 child: $325

• Each additional sibling: + $50

• Family (parents + up to 3 kids): $500

• Retainer: $200 due at booking (non-refundable). Remaining balance due on the day of the session.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Extended Families

If extended family members wish to join, please contact me before booking. Pricing will vary.

  ⏱ Duration: 20 minutes (variety of images inside and outside the train)
  📷 Includes: 10 fine-art edited images

👗 Wardrobe

• Conductor dresses available at no extra cost (sizes 2/3 up to 12/14)

• Boots available up to youth size 5. If your child wears a larger size, please bring your own footwear to match the dress.

⏱ Note: Parents are responsible for arriving at least 30 minutes early to locate the track and get children ready. The venue is rented, and sessions run back-to-back every 30 minutes. We cannot delay the schedule.

🎅 Santa will not be present during these sessions.

🎄 Holiday Option

If you need images ready for Christmas cards, we recommend adding a $100 rush fee to ensure timely delivery.
